🚗 We’re Hiring – Part-Time Garage Administrator / Front of House 🚗
We’re looking for a reliable and friendly person to join our busy automotive workshop team.
Hours:
🕙 10:00am – 2:00pm
📅 Tuesday to Friday
📌 16 hours per week
🔧 About the Role:
This is a front-of-house position within a fast-paced garage environment. You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers and play a key role in keeping the workshop organised and running smoothly.
📞 Main Responsibilities:
• Answering incoming phone calls
• Booking vehicles in and taking clear job notes
• Greeting customers and handling enquiries
• Communicating with technicians
• Updating customers on progress
• General admin duties related to workshop operations
✅ What We’re Looking For:
• Confident and polite telephone manner
• Good organisational skills
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to multitask in a busy environment
• Previous automotive or customer service experience preferred (but not essential)
This role would suit someone organised, approachable and comfortable working in a mechanical environment.
