Little job we snuck through today …. Lack of power , poor mpg , black smoking , dpf warning lamp illuminated ….. quick diagnostics scan stating the dpf was in fact blocked 🚫. However the root of the blockage was actually traced to a split and leaking inlet pipe allowing boost to escape , resulting in overfueling and excess soot levels . Quick delivery from ford uk and a three hour dpf soak and the results were perfect. Power restored , mpg improved, and no more pesky warning lamps ….
