🤯 3rd vehicle we have done for this customer now, might have to think about a loyalty card!

Thankfully no major underlying faults on this one - a sensor fault which was due to be sorted and a blocked adblue injector = soon taken care of!

On car chemical DPF clean and an Adblue system cleaner to prevent further crystallisation 😃

⚠️ Little Vauxhall Corsa in for a DPF assessment and check "if its worth it" after having forced regens and a sensor replaced.

✔️ A faulty glow plug and a broken wire on the differential pressure sensor plug - DPF in perfect health so no clean needed on this one, just a small wiring repair!

🤔 The aftermarket pressure sensor that fitted was giving slightly wonky readings but still within spec.

Off car DPF clean for a very low mileage Ford Focus.

Lots of ash & spent PAT fluid from this one! Owner had attempted a forced regen which completed but was maintaining around 30mbar of back pressure. After back flushing and removing the ash we were soon back down to around 4mbar of pressure 😃

Here's a recent job completed - an older Ford Focus with very low miles but very full of ash!

✅️DPF was removed for off car flash cleaning bringing this DPF back to like new condition!

😲 a recently replaced differential pressure sensor was also giving off some really odd figures so we advised the owner to have it swapped out (under warranty) which has sorted that issue!

🚗💨 customer dropped this one off for cleaning after just purchasing it - a fairly high mileage 2nd hand DPF which was heavily loaded with ash and adblue!

Flash cleaned and restored to near new condition ready to be fitted back to his busy taxi! 😃

😲 The Renault Trafic/Vauxhall Vivaro wave continues!

✅️The usual job with this one, upstream pressure sensor pipe blocked so got that cleared and an on car chemical DPF clean to bring the DPF pressures back down to normal!

🚗💨 Peugeot Boxer DPF removed for cleaning, off car cleaning allows.flr ash accumulation to be removed as well as soot! Restoring the DPF to near-new condition 😀
