Competitor Information for Saturday May 13:

NB: Change for end of night pit parking - the loader will be circulating following the conclusion of racing, to collect the clay bins, hence Road cars will not be permitted into the pits at the end of the night. To assist in making it a quicker process, please ensure that your clay bins are at the rear of your allocated parking bay and all clay is in the bins ready to be collected. Road cars can stay in Car Park A until the majority of people have vacated the pit area. It is only Car Park C that closes one hour after racing concludes.

Engine Starts 3.45pm
Racing from 4.20pm
Sprintcar Hot Lap Time Trials from 5.03pm

Staggered Arrival times:
1pm to 2pm: V8 Dirt Modifieds, RSA Street Stockers
2pm onwards: Sprintcars, Late Models, Midgets

If you don't have an annual Speedway Australia licence, PLEASE get your one day pit licence online before arriving. Don't forget to download your licence before arriving at the venue - so you don't run into data issues with it trying load. Engine Starts and track pack from 5.10pm. First event from 5.35pm.
Sprintcar Hot Lap Time Trials from 6.

Pit gates will be open from 2pm - the car park will be open from 1.30pm. Do not arrive before then, as the gates will be locked. This Saturday the Dragway have a major event on, which starts at 2pm. Prior to 2pm there will be a lot of traffic around - we would therefore suggest you wait until as close to 2pm to arrive, so you don't get caught in it.

Staggered arrival Times for this week to help ease traffic congestion:

2pm: Sprintcars
3pm: Late Models and RSA Sedans

Please see pit parking allocation map below. The BLUE bins are for clay, please don't put any other kind of rubbish in them, as it recycles back on to the track.

Pit gates will be open from 2pm - PLEASE DON'T ARRIVE before 1.30pm as it creates a traffic issue on Ferrers Road. It's plenty of time to get your car ready to race.

If teams are staying overnight in trucks, everyone will need to exit the pit area from 9am - to enable us to get ready to open gates at 2pm. Anyone in the pit area without a wristband after that time, will be asked to leave and disqualified immediately from the event.

No staggered arrival times.

FRIDAY TIMES:
Engine Starts from 5.30pm with first event from 6pm.

SATURDAY TIMES:
Engine starts from 4.30pm, Midget Hot laps from 5, first event from 5.20pm

UPDATED Pit Gate time for Friday - NOW 2PM to allow for time to see what weather is going to do...

Saturday Info:
Engine Starts from 5pm, First race from 5.30pm. Note if Friday is cancelled, start time may be earlier if Saturday becomes a one-night event.
Pit Gate time will be 1pm.

PLEASE do not arrive earlier than the scheduled opening times, as you won't get in.

Make sure you have either your Speedway Australia Annual card or the One-Day Pit Licence to show staff when you get to the ticket box.

REMEMBER TO HAVE ENCLOSED FOOTWEAR on before approaching the Ticket Box.
