Check out this throwback from Australian Motorcycle News as they interview Mike Jones after winning his first of 3 x Australian Superbike Championships (so far). Many of you would know that Mike is a very close friend of MEGA, being involved with California Superbike School since he was 13 years old, so we thought we’d share a little history as we celebrate the first Australian graduate of the school winning the ASBK title.

The MEGA crew are a tight-knit family that likes nothing better than getting together to break bread after a big day at the track.

Here’s a mix of Phillip Island & Sydney Motorsport Park crew enjoying a meal and a beverage or two after yesterday’s SMSP Ride Day.

Everyone say cheers!

We’ve got some good news and bad news…

The bad news? Long range weather forecasts can be a bit hit and miss…especially if you’re planning on an outdoor activity.

The good news? The more accurate short range forecast is significantly different for the long weekend SMSP Ride Days…with near perfect riding conditions!

Positions are still available…so book now!

As many of you would know, before it was Sydney Motorsport Park, the circuit was known as Eastern Creek Raceway and was the home of the Australian Grand Prix between 1991-1995. Check out this 500cc Qualifying story from 1992 featuring pole sitter – and eventual race winner – Michael Doohan being interviewed by the legendary Barry Sheene.
