Well this was one of those jobs that escalated quickly! 🤯🤯

This poor Mazda CX3 was booked in for what was meant to be a routine injector replacement after previously having some DPF issues.

What we found was 3 out of 4 injector seat washers had failed with 2 of them being catastrophic! This lead to pulling the rocker cover off to inspect further and confirm combustion gases leaking into the engine.

We then removed the oil filter to cut open and found a large carbon build up, sump off the inspect the pickup and was border line blocked.

During the cleaning process we then found the exhaust cam variable lift lobs worn down to nothing.

All reassembled and back on the road 😇

✅ New genuine seals and gaskets
✅ New genuine exhaust cam and rocker
✅ Oil and filter replacement
✅ Fuel filter replacement
