Whether its a small repair or upgrade or a massive ground up rebuild T&L'S is the shop to go to. I have been repairing/rebuilding/upgrading quads/motorcyles now for over 20 years, I dont like them i live for them and everything to do with them from riding to repairs to performance upgrades and everything in between. As I run my business in the workshop adjoined to my home, meaning no rental overheads etc I am able to offer clients a considerably lower hourly rate than any other business of the same or similar nature. My workshop is fully alarmed with 24 hour video(recorded) survellance from over 10 cameras to ensure ur pride and joy is safe and secure at all times. Im also able to get most quad/motorcyle parts whether it be cosmetic, mechanical, or performance etc at very competitive rates. So not only can i repair/upgrade/replace/modify etc ur ride but i can replace/upgrade/pimp etc ur ride all at a very cheap affordable cost. NEW" ASSASSIN-2 CYLINDER KIT WITH A STEEL BORE SIZE OF 64MM (347cc)

THESE ARE OUR NEW DESIGN CYLINDERS..THE ASSASSIN-2'S. COMES WIHT A STEEL SLEEVE THAT STARTS OFF AT A 64MM BORE SIZE (347CC). THIS CYLINDER WILL UTILIZES ALL THE 513 SERIES WISECO PISTON SIZES (64MM THRU 66.5MM). WISECO 513M06400 PISTONS ARE INCLUDED IN THE KIT.

THE CYLINDER CAN EVENTUALLY BE BORED TO 68MM AFTER THE LAST STOCK BORE SIZE OF 66.5.

THIS KIT IS FOR PEOPLE THAT DO NOT WANT A NICKASIL BORE & WOULD RATHER JUST BORE THE CYLINDER TO THE NEXT SIZE RATHER THEN DEALING WITH THE NICKASIL REPLATING PROCESS. THIS IS THE SAME EXACT CYLINDER AS THE ASSASSIN-2 68MM 392CC KIT. WITH ALL THE NEW UPGRADES TO PORT DESIGNS.

WE SUPPLY WITH THE CYLINDER KIT A 21CC SMALL BORE DOME WHICH WILL REQUIRE THE USE OF PREMIUM PUMP GAS.

***THIS CYLINDER KIT MUST BE USED WITH A STOCK STROKE (110MM ROD) CRANKSHAFT.***

WE HAVE SET THE PORT TIMING FOR THESE CYLINDERS IN A MODERATE SETTING FOR ANY TYPE OF RIDING OR RACING:

EXHAUST PORT TIMING IS: 192 DURATION

TRANSFER TIMING IS: 120 DURATION



THE NEW CHANGES TO THE CYLINDERS ARE:

1) INTAKE TUNNEL ROOF HAS A SMOOTHER TRANSITION.

2) BOOST PORTS WERE ADDED TO THE INTAKE.

3) THE OUTSIDE CYLINDER AREAS AROUND THE BOOST PORTS WERE FILLED IN SO BOOST PORTS CAN BE MADE LARGER WITHOUT BREAKING THROUGH. THIS EXTRA MATERIAL HAS CAUSED THE USE OF AN ARP NUT ON THE REAR OUTSIDE INTAKE STUD.

4)TRANSFER TUNNELS WERE MADE LARGER AND NOW REQUIRE THE USE OF A CUB BASE GASKET. THE INTERNAL BORE SIDE WALL IS ROUNDED FOR BETTER FLOW.

4A)THE TRANSFER DIVIDER RIB IS SHORTER AND LOWER TO ALLOW FUEL FROM THE BOOST PORTS TO REACH THE FRONT TRANSFER WINDOW EASIER.

5) THE OUTSIDE OF THE CYLINDER AROUND THE TRANSFER PORTS WERE EXTENDED TO GIVE MORE SEALING AREA AND MORE ROOM IF ADDITIONAL PORTING IS DESIRED.

6) THE FRONT TRANSFER WINDOW IS ANGLED FOR BETTER FLOW.

7) THE EXHAUST PORT SHAPE HAS CHANGED FOR MORE AREA AND FLOW.

😎 THE TRIPLE PORTS ARE LARGER AND THE TRIPLE TUNNEL WAS INCREASED IN SIZE TO MATCH.
