As the global Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation continues to evolve, we have been monitoring the information coming in from the government and medical experts

Our team is being extremely diligent when it comes to washing and sanitising their hands between vehicles. We are increasing the frequency of the cleaning and sanitisation of work stations, high-touch areas such as door handles and all areas that require touching whilst working inside the vehicle as well as our reception area and the eftpos machine key pad as well as abiding by the Motor Trade Association guidelines for preventing the spread of germs inside vehicles.

We have removed the magazines from the waiting rooms and we are providing complimentary hand sanitiser in our waiting area (which we encourage you to use).

We are actively following all health and travel advice issued by the Australian Government, and are ensuring our team are supported with clear health and hygiene protocols, as well as providing the information and support all team members need to stay at home if they are unwell for any reason.

We are continuously assessing the situation.

THE WET WEATHER IS NEARLY UPON US, IT WOULD BE WISE TO HAVE YOUR TYRES AND BATTERY CHECKED..........

Throughout dry periods, oil and grease build up on the roads and the warm sun keeps the oil and grease in a liquid state. The most dangerous time for slick roads in rain is shortly after the rain begins and there is a thin layer of water on the roads. Once it starts to rain, the oil and grease float on top of the water creating a very slick surface, couple this with bad TYRES and you could be in a lot of trouble. The roads are most slippery in the first half hour after it starts to rain. Over time, the oil and grease will be washed down the drains and the roads will lose that slick coating of oil.

Change of seasons also puts more strain on your BATTERY. After taking a beating from the summer heat, the temperature drops, the battery’s current reserves drop and it becomes more difficult for your battery to get enough energy to start your car. The low temperatures also increase electrical resistance and cause your engine oil to thicken, placing an even bigger strain on your battery.
When you jump into your car on a cold day, you’re likely to crank the heat and flip on your lights too. These accessories could be the straw that breaks the camel's back!
