BIG4 Low Head Tourist Park is located in the beautiful Low Head area just north of historic George Town in the beautiful Tamar Valley region which is approximately 35 minutes north of Launceston, Tasmania's second largest city, 45 minutes from Launceston domestic airport and an hour and a half from the Spirit of Tasmania ferry terminal at Devonport. Our 12 self-contained cottages are ideal for two
to six people, beautifully appointed with queen size beds, air conditioning, large bathrooms, well equipped kitchens and have High-Definition LCD TVs. All have a balcony to enjoy the breathtaking views of the Tamar River. BIG4 Low Head Tourist Park also has six economy cabins with two to five berth with double beds, air conditioning, cooking and bathroom facilities and nearby children's play area. The park also has plenty of powered, un-powered and ensuite sites, a new amenities block, disabled facilities, campers' kitchen and laundry. We cater for caravans, motorhomes, campervans and campers. All sites in our four-star park have amazing views of the Tamar River.
