POSITION VACANT β Administration & Payroll Support
Quick Fix Mechanical is looking for a reliable and motivated person to join our team in a part-time administration role.
About the Role
This position is focused on accounts, payroll, superannuation, and general administration support. Flexibility with working days is available for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
Processing weekly and fortnightly payroll using Xero
Managing superannuation payments and compliance
Maintaining employee records and leave balances
Accounts payable and receivable
Bank reconciliations
General administration support
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Experience using Xero
A sound understanding of Australian payroll legislation and superannuation
Strong attention to detail
The ability to handle confidential information professionally
Previous experience in retail, trade, or dealership environments (highly regarded)
