𝙆𝙚𝙮 𝙍𝙚𝙨𝙥𝙤𝙣𝙨𝙞𝙗𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙩𝙞𝙚𝙨:
• Analyse and monitor production costs, including consumables, production expenses and overheads.
• Develop and maintain cost models and performance reports for manufacturing operations.
• Track and report on the consumption and usage of production expenses, identifying variances and areas of concern.
• Investigate cost deviations and implement corrective actions to improve profitability.
• Monitor production efficiencies, waste, scrap, and rework costs.
• Perform regular stock, consumable, and usage audits within production departments.
• Establish and maintain cost control procedures and operational standards.
• Analyse production data and develop key performance indicators (KPIs) for cost management.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities related to manufacturing operations.
• Collaborate with Production, Procurement, Engineering, and Finance teams to identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist in determining standard costs and reviewing actual costs against standards.
• Provide management with actionable insights and recommendations to improve cost efficiency and operational performance.
𝙈𝙞𝙣𝙞𝙢𝙪𝙢 𝙍𝙚𝙦𝙪𝙞𝙧𝙚𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙨:
• Bachelor's Degree or National Diploma in Industrial Engineering.
• 3-5 years' experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of production processes, cost accounting principles, and operational efficiencies.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and reporting capabilities.
• Ability to interpret large volumes of operational and financial data.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
𝘼𝙙𝙫𝙖𝙣𝙩𝙖𝙜𝙚𝙤𝙪𝙨:
• Experience working with Syspro ERP system.
• Experience in a heavy manufacturing, engineering, automotive, trailer manufacturing, or industrial production environment.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement methodologies.
• Experience with Power BI or similar business intelligence tools.
• Cost accounting or financial analysis experience within manufacturing operations.
