NightwinG embraces sustainable logistics with new fleet of electric vehicles 🌿🌿🌿

🚐 🚐 🚐 NightwinG, a leading courier company with an extensive delivery network across South Africa, has been operation for over 25 years.

πŸ‘‰ NightwinG were looking for a sustainable supplement to their fleet, taking a step to more green logistics while allowing them to maintain a reliable service to their customers.

🀝 To do this, they invested in a new fleet of electric vehicles, with the all-electric MAXUS eDeliver 3 as the vehicle of choice, due to its pedigree and proven reliability under the toughest South African conditions.

This fleet will be running across Johannesburg and Cape Town, with plans to expand the electric mobility rollout in the years to come.

With companies like NightwinG leading the charge, is it time for more logistics providers to make the leap to electric?

"This pickup is much cheaper to run than traditional petrol or diesel-powered pickup trucks. Electricity is a cheaper than fuel or diesel, even in South Africa, and the T90 EV is also very efficient, with a range of up to 400 km on a single charge. If your business is powered with solar panels, the cost to run the Maxus is almost zero. It runs at an average cost of R 0,26 per km."

A round of applause for young African entrepreneurs! πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘

This weekend MAXUS South-Africa and Everlectric hosted 10 students from Hareyalebala foundation, teaching the aspiring entrepreneurs the ins and outs of running a sustainable business.

Throughout the day, the school children (aged between 9 and 17) were shown the ropes, learning from CEO Ndia Magadagela CA(SA) about the importance of sustainable transportation.

The Hareyalebala foundation is a non-profit organisation, focused on developing Children, Youth & Women Entrepreneurs in Africa. Each one of their students who visited us don't just learn about entrepreneurship - they practice it, running their own small businesses and receiving mentorship and advice from seasoned professionals and learning about their stories.

You can follow the Hareyalebala foundation on Instagram: https://lnkd.in/g9fvZcz7

And give the young entrepreneurs a round of applause in the comments πŸ‘‡
