🌿 GREEN OFFICES – THE RISE OF SUSTAINABLE WORKSPACES
A green office is more than adding a few potted plants.
It is a design approach that puts people’s well-being first and reduces environmental impact.
More and more businesses are choosing this model for their workspaces.
👉 3 elements that define a true green office:
🪴 1. Greenery woven throughout the space
Plants soften the space and help reduce stress at work.
Plant shelves can double as soft partitions between zones.
Planters placed between rows of desks divide seating areas while adding natural green accents.
♻️ 2. Low-emission materials
Prioritize materials with clear origins, high durability and low emissions.
Certified engineered wood, vinyl flooring and replaceable carpet tiles are popular choices.
Durable materials reduce the need for repairs and replacements over time.
☀️ 3. Maximized natural light
Large windows bring in daylight and reduce reliance on artificial lighting.
Glass partitions keep the space open while still offering privacy.
A palette of white, grey and wood tones helps light spread evenly throughout the office.
📌 Green offices deliver a double benefit: employees work more comfortably, and businesses build a sustainable image with their partners.

Gam màu nổi bật là cách nhanh nhất để văn phòng thể hiện tinh thần trẻ trung, đổi mới.
👉 Cách phối màu nổi bật cho văn phòng công nghệ:

Mảng tường hồng đậm kết hợp thông điệp thương hiệu tạo điểm nhấn mạnh mẽ.
Gam màu này thích hợp cho khu giải trí, nơi đội ngũ nạp lại năng lượng.

🌈 TECH OFFICES – WHERE COLOR SPARKS CREATIVITY
Tech companies need a workspace as dynamic as the products they create.
Bold colors are the fastest way for an office to express a youthful, innovative spirit.
👉 How to use bold colors in a tech office:
1. Pink and red – energy and passion
A deep pink feature wall paired with brand messaging creates a powerful focal point.
These tones work well in recreation areas, where teams recharge.
2. Orange and yellow – sparking ideas
Warm orange brings a sense of excitement and openness.
It is an ideal choice for pantries, discussion zones and collaborative spaces.
3. Blue and green – balance and focus
These cool tones help tone down the overall vibrancy.
They can be introduced through cabinetry, LED lighting or greenery.
4. Black, white and grey – keeping the space balanced
A black exposed ceiling, white walls and grey carpet form the base for accent colors.
This keeps the office vibrant without feeling cluttered.
💡 Lighting – the finishing touch of personality
Multicolored linear LED lights arranged in playful patterns create a modern, tech-inspired feel.
Curved glass partitions connect zones visually and keep the space open and airy.
📌 The golden rule: Choose 1–2 main colors based on your brand identity, and keep the rest neutral.

🌧️ DRIP EDGES INSTALLED AT THE WRONG TIME CAN EASILY LOSE THEIR EFFECTIVENESS
A drip edge is a small detail, yet every building needs one.
It breaks the flow of rainwater, keeping it from running down walls and window frames.
However, if it is installed at the wrong time or made from the wrong material, it can easily fail.
👉 2 key tips from Vacons:
⏱️ 1. Install at the right time
Drip edges should be planned during the exterior finishing stage.
The ideal time is before the final finishing layer is applied.
Proper timing helps the drip edge adhere firmly and prevents costly repairs later.
🛡️ 2. Choose the right material
Drip edges are exposed to rain and sun all year round.
Prioritize materials that resist oxidation, do not warp and offer long-lasting durability.
📌 In short: A small detail done right from the start keeps your building durable and beautiful for years.
