We have a clean environment with wide bays to work in.
Our technicians have access to resources such as four overhead cranes, two sets of mobile lift columns, chassis dyno, alignment center, indoor wash bay, and three A/C machines. Each technician also has their own laptop/tablet, plus access to diagnostic programs such as; Mitchell, CAT, Cummins, Detroit, bendix, haldex ISD, Snap-On Ultra ,Bosch scanner and all OEM body control software!
Experience based pay up to 95k+. First shift requires a minimum of 3 years experience, certified, and well diverse in heavy duty truck repair. Hours for first shift are 7am-5pm, Monday through Friday. Second shift requirement is a least 1 year experience, with the hours of noon to midnight, Monday through Thursday. Second shift includes a shift premium pay. Hours are flexible to fit your needs.

Expectations from hired technicians:
~Work in a timely, efficient, and safe manner
~Be accountable for scheduled shift and be on time
~Tools
~State or ASE certifications
~Diesel trouble shooting skills
~Electrical systems
~Air brake systems
~Suspension and driveline repair
~Valid drivers license
~High School diploma or equivalent
~Positive attitude
~More money to technicians that know:
*A/C systems
*Alignment systems
*After treatment DPF/Emission systems
*Or have a CDL license
~Physical activity that includes, but not limited to; standing, walking, kneeling, squatting, bending, lift and carrying 50+ lbs.
The shop owner is right there working alongside the technicians, getting full of grease and oil, he expects the same!
