Your brakes usually don’t go from perfectly fine to a major repair overnight.

Here are a few possible causes:

Without enough fluid, the transmission may struggle to build the hydraulic pressure needed to engage the gear properly.

🔥 Old or degraded transmission fluid
Fluid loses its protective and hydraulic properties over time, particularly when exposed to repeated heat.
