Attention VDL Residents!

We have exciting news to share with all of you. This Monday August 3, 2026, we will have a new landscaping vendor starting on the property. The company name is Davey and they have been in business since 1880. They are an employee-owned company and have won many awards. Please treat them with grace and allow them a few weeks to learn the property. ATTN VDL RESIDENTS:

This is a reminder that vehicles are not to drive through the cut outs for the firetrucks and you are not to drive in the golfcart lane. Please be respectful of all walkers and golfcarts in the golfcart lane. Walkers and golfcarts do not yield to any vehicles other them emergency vehicles and have the right to use the golfcart lanes. All other vehicles do not have the right to use those lanes. Management is taking this very seriously and working on solutions and consequences for unauthorized vehicles using the golf cart lane.

Attn VDL Residents:

At the request of the residents, we made changes to the speedbumps to allow the Firetrucks a faster passage through to the back of the community. This will keep the Firetrucks from having to come to a stop at each speedbump and hopefully will help their response time when responding to an emergency call. Please remember not to drive in the golfcart lane and when parking on the Blvd be mindful and try to avoid parking on the side the Firetrucks would be using.

Attention VDL Residents:

This Friday, May 29th we will have an asphalt company here working on our speedbumps. They will be arriving in the early AM and will be working on VDL Blvd all day. We kindly ask for your patience during this project and please be aware that parking on VDL Blvd during this project is prohibited. There is a possibility that they will be back on the following Monday if they are unable to complete the project in one day.

Attention VDL Residents:

The street sweeper will be here tomorrow. Please be sure to park your vehicles on your driveway and not in the streets to make way for the street sweeper, as well as putting your trashcan at the end of your driveways and not in the street. Also, DO NOT rake or blow your leaves from your yard into the streets for the street sweeper to pick up. The HOA and Management have instructed the street sweeper to pass by a house that has any piles of leaves in front or behind their house on the street. You are required to rake and bag your leaves from your yard and place them at your curb for yard waste pick up.
