I worked as a manager of a bicycle sales and repair shop for three years. When the pandemic hit, I was one of those employees that had to work from home. Eventually, the bike shop reopened, however, I was unable to return. My new priority was to ensure my child received as much help learning from home as possible. I needed to find a way to take my bicycle shop experience and apply it to be able to work from home. I opened my garage in the alley to bicycle repair services for families in my neighborhood. Customers have been pleased with the attention to detail and the commitment to a safe riding experience. Back Alley Bicycle Repair took on a name of its own.
