Shale Oilfield Services is looking for a dependable, organized, and highly communicative Dispatch Review / Ticket Reviewer to join our team. This position plays an important role in keeping drivers, tickets, mechanics, equipment, and projects organized and running smoothly. Day starts at 5:00am Monday - Friday with some Saturdays.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate and communicate with drivers on a daily basis.
Monitor driver activity and follow up to obtain missing or incomplete information.
Review and double-check driver tickets using GoFormz for accuracy and completeness.
Make necessary adjustments and changes to tickets to ensure information is correct and up to date.
Work directly with drivers to ensure tickets are completed correctly and meet company requirements.
Meet with drivers as needed to address ticket issues, procedures, or questions.
Follow up with drivers, customers, and other team members to chase down information when necessary.
Maintain accurate and organized records.
Communicate project requirements and upcoming work to the appropriate personnel. (Drivers, Mechanics, etc.)
Help identify potential issues before a project starts and communicate them to management.
Assist with scheduling, coordination, and day-to-day operations as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS
Excellent communication skills are required.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Highly organized and able to keep up with multiple drivers and projects.
Ability to follow up and chase down information when necessary.
Comfortable working with computers and electronic ticketing systems.
Ability to learn and use GoFormz.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to work independently while also being part of a team.
Must be dependable, responsible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
