No matter the need we strive to help all customers no matter how big or small!
This case T3 Equipment leased compressor delivered after hours within 40 min of the customer calling.
We will keep if full on fuel all night long and at 13gallon of diesel an hour that’s a task. But we got thier back!

As a small business owner with 10+ employees there’s a lot of days where I wake up and honestly just wish someone would buy me out or even I’d lose it all cuz I just can’t take it. That I just might not have it in me to deal with it or the worry of letting my employees down with not giving enough. But we keep going and trying to better the company soley so I can give them a better life. My pride in business is pulling in the parking lot and seeing new cars , new tool boxes, and hearing how they bought something big or are going on a big vacation. Knowing I built and maintained something that was able to better their lives!
With that being said I got a call today from an employee that started the call with “first off I want to thank you for everything you do and the raise I got and I really appreciate you”
My mind instantly went negative to his next words were I am quitting I found something else. Mainly cuz as a stressed owner I have to plan for the worse and lately been struggling in my own head with the business. Trying to keep that passion and chase can be hard sometimes.
But that second part didn’t come. He called just to say thank you! And wow it really hit me harder than he could have imagined! That call lit a fire instantly inside me that reminded me of why I do what I do! He also asked about a friend of his (of 27 years) needing a job. If that doesn’t speak of the work environment you’re providing idk what does. He went on to say I don’t care if the building burns down I’ll be here to work and help you rebuild!

Just a rant to remind myself and other small business owners that really strive to make the best work place for their employees and to help them strive for their families!
It is worth it!
The bad days and the good ones!
Appreciate your employees and employees appreciate your owners. If you really don’t than find one you do! These people are the ones that keep the world going!!!!
