Holiday food production is running now, and the cooler is not where the problem is.

Cold storage gets the attention. Dry overflow is what actually jams up a food plant in October: packaging, cases, promo displays, finished pallets waiting on a truck.

None of that needs refrigeration. All of it needs floor.

Dock-height trailers parked next to the plant hold the dry side so the cold side stays clear for what has to be cold. They come when the ramp starts and go when it ends.
