Just because you’re swimming at the lake doesn’t mean you can’t get dehydrated.

It’s easy to forget because you’re surrounded by water, but the sun, heat, and activity can cause you to lose fluids faster than you realize.

Drink water throughout the day, not just when you feel thirsty. Take breaks in the shade and keep an eye on your family and friends for signs of heat exhaustion.

Have fun, stay cool, and stay hydrated!

We had a great weekend at The Ember Experience!

A special thank you to Tina’s mom, who volunteered her time to cook and serve lunch for our guests. Spending all day out in the Oklahoma heat behind the grill wasn’t easy, and we truly appreciate everything she did to help make the weekend a success.

Thank you as well to the Ember RV team and everyone who came out to spend time with us. We loved seeing so many people experience Ember for the first time!
