Last night we lost the MATRIARCH of Delker’s corner and the CORNER STONE of our family. What an absolutely BEAUTIFUL story, our mom (Aunt Carol) was small in STATURE but big on VALUES, she was LOYAL to a fault, and an ANGEL here on earth. SELFLESSLY GIVING, always putting others first. She LOVED BIG and GAVE ALL. FOUGHT HARD and SUBMITTED GRACEFULLY. She was a SILENT OAK, and OUR LIGHTHOUSE in the midst of the fog of life. She probably made mistakes, but this son never saw one. Folks if our mom doesn’t make it to heaven, we don’t stand a chance. Almost all exactly 6 months to the day you were separated from dad, you are now reunited. What a PAINFULLY AWESOME STORY.
God speed mom, we love you!
