This is a prime example of a part that can make an otherwise nice carfeel like s**t.
When rubber gets old it cracks.
When it starts to crack it doesn't do its job
This is a part that holds your wheel to your car
When it gets like this you have sloppy handling. Tires start wearing really fast.
Clunking
Squeaking popping binding
It's not always the same noise
But this lets your tire move from the position it should be in
Imagine if your shoe is half connected to your foot
That's how this works
Problems like this can easily be pointed out 6 months to a year before. It's a critical problem.
Most of the problems with are cars suspension never cost more than 1/10 of the car's original price
So it's pricey but it's not an excuse to have a wheel fall off
Or a $1800 set of tires turn into a $4 piece of scrap.
All problems on cars are fixable
All of them are easily identified, usually a year ahead of time
And no we don't upsell, we just live in reality.
I try not to recommend too much at once but if it needs done it needs done.
You don't have to drive a clunker.
We can make a '97 model Feel like a 2027 for the right price of course.
