Had the opportunity to get our customer Franks C8 Zr1 on the dyno today. This is bone stock & on our lovely 91 octane. Keep in mind the last one we modified the numbers stock were on 100 octane race gas. We logged it and timing was pulled down to 10 degrees due to knock protection.
We then put some 100 octane in it and it made 886 wheel, no timing pulled from knock, but now just due to heat soaked. Glad to finally put one on to see how they did on 91 which is about what we guessed power wise we would see.

Jesse's C8 Stingray came in for our race pipes and a flex fuel tune. The only modification it already had was a JLT cold air intake.

When we put it on the dyno for a baseline, it surprised us. It only made 378 wheel horsepower & 389 tq, making it one of the lowest baseline stock C8s we've seen. We looked everything over, and nothing stood out as being wrong, but for whatever reason, the car was just down on power compared to most.

We installed the following items on it.

-CPR Race pipes
-DSX flex kit
-Tuned it via Hp tuners

Now On 91 octane 420/417 & 449/449 on ethanol

Wild gains for what it is!

Kens Z wrapped up after we did the following.
-wcch fixed heads
-cpr alpha cam
-cpr aux fuel system
-billet fuel rails

It came in with headers & the A&A kit making 530 wheel. Now on 91 it makes 700/669! Thank you for working with us sir. Catch this one ripping around Tucson!

Our longtime customer is back in an amazing Z06! We built 2 6th gen ZL1's for him years ago (red one is still ripping around here too). He snagged this Z that already had a fabspeed muffler delete catback & fabspeed high flow cats. Wanting a setup that didn't drone as bad he listened to our shop Z and wanted the same thing. That consisted of doing our race pipes & an oem catback. He also went for a ride in ours which is tuned on ethanol and immediately said I need this!

It now has the following.
-JLT cai
-CPR race pipes
-Custom tune for ethanol

It made 573/393 as it came in (hfc usually add 15ish wheel over stock), now it makes 626/444 on ethanol. These cars absolutely rip with this setup and feel completely different!
