My name is Mike Affendakes, and Banyan Boats wasn’t built in a boardroom. It was built through experience, passion, and a relentless drive to create a boat that stands apart from everything else on the water.

At Banyan Boats, we believe a custom boat should feel personal. Every line, every detail, every finish matters. We are not chasing mass production — we are focused on building quality boats for people who appreciate performance, craftsmanship, and individuality.

Located in Tarpon Springs, Florida, Banyan Boats represents the spirit of the Gulf Coast: hardworking, independent, and built for the water. From the first conversation with a customer to the final launch, the goal is simple — build something we are proud to put our name on.
