Six boats in the shop and our service crew is in full swing keeping the Gause fleet ready for the water.

From routine service to upgrades, repairs and everything in between, there’s a whole lot happening behind these doors right now.

You may have also noticed pitch wells incorporated into our two most recent 26’ builds. Pitch wells are dedicated live bait wells designed to keep baits healthy, separated and ready to go — giving serious anglers another purpose-built tool right at their fingertips.

Great boats require great people. We're looking for a few more!

We’re looking for experienced professionals in:

• Boat assembly
• Fiberglass work
• Marine rigging
• Other skilled boatbuilding positions

Previous experience is required. We build every Gause by hand, so we’re looking for skilled people who take pride in doing things right!
