Some of the hardest problems are the ones you cannot see.

That is where a good technician's experience really matters.

Jeff has been in the automotive industry for 12 years, including the last two at McCabe's Automotive. Growing up working on things, he developed an early appreciation for figuring out how things work. Today, that same curiosity follows him into the shop.

So, what happens when a car comes in with a problem you can't immediately see?

It takes more than a quick look. Technicians may inspect the vehicle, run tests, follow the symptoms, and work through the possibilities until they find the root cause. That is where experience, patience, and problem-solving come together.

For Jeff, figuring things out is not just part of the job. It is something he genuinely enjoys.

Behind every great repair experience is someone who knows what it's like to be on both sides of the service counter.

Meet Mike, one of our Service Advisors. After more than 30 years in the automotive industry, including many years as a technician, he brings experience that can't be taught.

For the past year and a half, he's been helping customers at McCabe's Automotive navigate repairs with confidence and clarity.

Away from the shop, Mike enjoys spending time outdoors, getting a little off the grid, and creating lasting memories with his more than dozen grandchildren. It's a balance that reflects the thoughtful, down to earth approach he brings to work every day.

For Greg, it isn't just the job. It's the people.

As our Master Technician, Greg brings 30 years of automotive experience to McCabe's Automotive. His knowledge helps keep countless vehicles on the road, but what he values most is the supportive culture that's been part of his journey for the past two decades.
