Pete, Randy, and Mike may approach the vehicle from different angles, but that is exactly what makes the process work. Randy, as the service advisor, helps translate the customer’s concerns into useful information. Mike, as the technician, takes that information to the vehicle and puts his diagnostic skills to work. Pete helps oversee the process and keeps everyone moving in the right direction.
