Lukas may be new to the team, but he’s already making an impact. From running the laser table to helping in fabrication and testing, and jumping in wherever our welders need a hand, he’s quickly shown that he’s someone the crew can count on.

Lukas works hard and doesn’t hesitate to step in wherever he’s needed.

Congratulations, Lukas! Thank you for your hard work and for already being such a great addition to the crew. 👏

From the drafting department to fabrication, assembly, testing, quality control, and eventually freight, every set of hands has a responsibility to the next.

Different jobs. Different skills. One standard.

Because a quality cooling system isn’t made at one point in the process. It’s built into every step by craftsmen who take pride in doing their part right.

Good leadership starts with serving your people well. And sometimes that looks like good food, a hot grill, and taking the time to serve the team that shows up and gets after it every day.

Throwing it back to a little over a month ago when Will, Angelique, and Adam hopped on the grill and cooked steak and eggs for the RSH crew.

That kind of leadership carries into the rest of our culture and the work our crew does every day. Craftsmanship, dedication, and a commitment to doing things right so our customers can count on the quality without having to think twice about it.

We’re proud of this team, and the leaders who continue to build the culture behind it.

This week’s shoutout goes to Gourdy, one of our skilled Machinists.

Gourdy takes a lot of pride in his craft. He cares about precision, works hard to keep things moving, and makes sure the rest of the team has what they need when they need it.

That really showed last week. Even while his department was shorthanded and he had a lot on his plate, Gourdy stepped up, stayed ahead of the workload, and made sure nothing downstream was held up.

That kind of effort goes beyond getting your own job done. It’s looking out for the whole shop.

Throwback Thursday to when Ryan had the chance to get back to his roots and help a local farmer with an old-school repair.

Long before Radiator Supply House became what it is today, Will and Ryan learned the trade working alongside their dad in his radiator shop. Every once in a while, an opportunity like this comes along to put some of those old skills back to work.

A lot has changed over the years, but taking care of people never has.
