This is a worthy event to attend. It’s put on by a very special group of gentlemen and the proceeds go to benefit an old member that’s in the mid to late stages of a illness. Come do some support. I have some raffle tickets with me so if you are interested it’s only $10 to help a worthy family in need and maybe get yourself a nice outdoor grill so hit me up.

It doesn’t matter what patch you wear, what colors you support, or if you’re just a weekend wild hog, the entire motorcycle community the world over has lost a legend that helped mold our lifestyles to what they are today.

Sonny Barger has lost his battle with cancer and taken his final ride into the unknown. He was surrounded by his wife Zonna and his closest brothers when he departed.

Regardless if you knew it or not, if you ride a motorcycle or buy aftermarket parts, he has touched your life at some point. He worked with or at a lot of the big name companies helping design gear and apparel to fit our needs.

It is with a heavy heart that all of SHC sends its condolences to the family and the club at this very uneasy time, although Sonny stepped down as active president some years ago he no doubt still had plenty to do with shaping the next generations of HAMC. Thank you for your decades of fighting for our rights and freedoms to be ourselves.

Come out and join the fun! For those that don’t know The Maggots are an amazing brotherhood that bridges the gap between the clubs and the average weekend biker. They work very hard to provide a positive community appearance and raise funds year round for community support programs that would not exist without their help such as the Local “Backpack program” that was stalled for a short time due to Covid but provided food that was placed into the backpacks of children leaving schools on Friday’s that would otherwise not have access to that basic human need and right throughout the weekend. They cut, split, and deliver firewood and other needs to elderly and others that are unable to do for themselves. They host one of the Valleys biggest toy runs every year. These are just a few of the things these guys do all year while still providing for their own families. I’m proud to call many of them my brothers. They will be raffling off a 10kw generator after the run along with some other great prizes at the last stop. If interested I have some tickets at the shop you can pick up. You don’t need to be present to win. Come out and show your support.
