Incase anyone wants to know apparently its an issue to expect payment for work that is completed even after I allow you to leave with a payment plan. Even though the car that was being worked on was completed ,and was having a differen issue in relations to getting power at a low pressure switch. But if you a customer brings their own parts and we install them then you have to pay for the repairs wether it fixed your issue or not. Am I wrong for thinking that?

I ask because we have a customer who knew they had another issue who had to have their car back. So they picked the vehicle up and said they would bring jt back and would be making payments. Like we agreed upon. Well everything was fine we never saw them again(Which things happened life comes up) but when it came down to the last of the time frame and needing the last payment or a mechanics lean would be filed. So said customers father is now blowing a gasket over because it apparently wasn't fixed right well ofcourse the whole issue wasn't fixed that was made well known when the vehicle was picked up. But anyways you live and learn .
What are your thoughts am I in the wrong? I understand i can't make everyone happy but we do our best too.

I can admit I yelled back at this individual but I dont appreciate being screamed and yelled at.
