"I was visiting my friends in the Detroit area. I was driving home to Cleveland, Ohio on Monday morning when my car's belts and crankshaft pulley broke. I lost power steering. "I heard that dreaded metal-on-metal brake noise two days before leaving for a trip and called Shore’s Car Center in a panic. They got my car in right away, which alone was a relief.

What impressed me most was the process. They did a full digital assessment and sent me photos of everything, so I could see exactly what was going on with my own eyes. Rick was professional and easy to work with, and the lobby honestly felt more like a dealership than an independent shop.

They didn’t just fix my brakes, they knocked out my oil change and a car wash too, and had everything done the next day. My car was ready in plenty of time for my trip.

The follow-up after my visit has been just as impressive. They’re fully digital and automated, but it never feels impersonal. I’ll absolutely be back and would recommend them to anyone looking for a shop they can actually trust."
