There’s something different about seeing the country from behind the wheel instead of through an airport window.
After months of early mornings, late nights, meetings, builds, and problem solving, we decided to take a few days and drive from Missouri to 30A in one of our vans.
Not because we needed to get away from work, but because this is exactly why these vehicles exist in the first place.
The ability to stop when you find a view worth staying for. To make lunch without searching for an exit. To take a nap when the road gets long. To travel hundreds of miles in comfort without feeling rushed. To turn the journey into part of the adventure instead of something you have to endure to reach the destination.
As a founder, I spend so much time building for our customers that I sometimes forget to experience what we’ve created ourselves.
This trip was a reminder that freedom isn’t always found at the destination. Sometimes it’s found somewhere along the road, with nowhere you need to be except the next place that catches your eye.
A few days, a lot of miles, and a much needed reminder of why we started all of this in the first place.
