Cheap little mod to add some extra spice to the 350Z engine bay! 👌🏽🔥

🔩 Decora Hardware Kit! Picked up this set of machined hex screws and matching concave washers off eBay to replace some of the original hardware and plastic clips throughout the engine bay. The washers seat the screws nicely for a clean, finished look!

💰 Right around $40 for roughly 25 screws and washers.

Small details make a big difference! Looking good without breaking the bank. 🤝🏽

Here we have a 2012 Ford Focus I picked up after it had been involved in a minor accident. Fortunately, I was able to get it for a great price, and the damage was nothing that couldn’t be repaired!

This video actually dates back to the beginning of summer, and since then, the car has been fully repaired and is now my girlfriend’s daily driver! 🔧

Unfortunately, I didn’t document much of the rebuild, so here are some of the highlights.

When I first purchased the car, the repairs included:

* New front tire
* Replacement fender and front bumper
* All three engine mounts
* Inner and outer tie rods
* Resealing the oil pan to address a small oil leak

As the project progressed, the final repair list included:
✅ Inner and outer tie rods
✅ All three engine mounts
✅ Oil pan reseal
✅ Both front struts
✅ Driver-side lower control arm
✅ Driver-side steering knuckle and wheel bearing
✅ New front bumper
✅ New fender

All said and done, I’d call this one a successful flip! I was able to get the car back on the road without breaking the bank, and it’s been serving as a reliable daily driver for several months now.

Another project completed, another car saved, and another great addition to the fleet! 💪

Today I got to work on Chris’s 2026 Chevy Colorado, installing a blow-off valve spacer to give the factory turbo setup a more aggressive sound! 🔥

For the price, this is a pretty solid little mod. The difference in sound is night and day, bringing out those turbo noises without breaking the bank!

Shoutout to Joe over at JV AutoFab for helping me get a pretty unique issue on the Z taken care of.

If you’ve been following the build, you may remember the headache I had with the captured bolt on the front frame rail. The first repair was done extremely well considering the situation, but we knew that the best solution would be to gain access inside the frame rail and replace the broken captured bolt properly.

That’s exactly what Joe did this time around.

- Frame rail opened up to gain access
- Original bolt removed
- New bolt welded directly into the frame
- Frame rail welded back together
- Cleaned up and repainted

The finished repair came out clean and solid. I was able to torque the new hardware down to 104 ft-lbs with absolutely no issues. That’s the kind of repair that gives you confidence knowing it was done right.

Thank you JV Auto Fab for taking the time to do this properly and for putting some serious craftsmanship into the repair. I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out.

If you’re in need of fabrication, welding, or custom automotive work, definitely give him a shout.

2012 Ford Fucus, front drivers side control arm replacement.

Overall a pretty straight forward job with the hardest part being- fighting the NYS Rust!!

🔧 Transmission Pan & Filter Replacement | 350Z

In with the new! 🛠️

In this video, I’m replacing the transmission pan and filter on the 350Z, giving the transmission some fresh hardware and a clean start.

Scope of Work:
• New transmission pan
• New transmission filter
• New transmission pan bolts
• New pan gasket

One more piece of the puzzle checked off the list. 💪
