We’re looking for a reliable and motivated RV Technician to join our growing team! If you enjoy hands-on work, problem-solving, and helping RV owners stay on the road, we’d love to hear from you.

🕒 Schedule:
• Monday – Friday
• Possible rotating weekends

🔧 Job Responsibilities Include:
• Diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining RV systems (plumbing, electrical, appliances, HVAC, and general repairs)
• Performing routine inspections and preventative maintenance
• Troubleshooting issues efficiently and accurately
• Communicating clearly with customers about needed repairs and solutions
• Maintaining a clean, organized work environment

✅ What We’re Looking For:
• Previous RV, automotive, or mechanical experience preferred (but willing to train the right person)
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

🤔 Did you know it’s better to leave your RV’s air conditioner fan set to HIGH instead of AUTO? ❄️🚐

✅ Pro Tip: On those hot summer days, switch your fan to HIGH for better comfort and airflow!

‼️ When your fan is on HIGH, it keeps air circulating continuously throughout your RV. This helps maintain a more even temperature, reduces hot spots, and can even help prevent moisture buildup inside the coach.

When it’s set to AUTO, the fan shuts off every time the compressor cycles off. That can allow humidity to build up and make your RV feel warmer and more muggy—even if the thermostat says the temperature is right.

One of the most overlooked things on an RV are the slide seals… until water starts showing up where it shouldn’t. 😳

Your slide seals are what keep rain, dirt, bugs, and moisture OUT of your RV. When they dry out, crack, shrink, or pull loose, it can lead to:
✔️ Water leaks
✔️ Soft floors and wall damage
✔️ Mold and mildew
✔️ Expensive repairs down the road

A quick inspection and regular conditioning of your seals can save you thousands later. I always tell customers — preventative maintenance is way cheaper than water damage repair!

While you’re checking your RV, don’t forget to:
🔹 Clean debris off the seals
🔹 Look for tears or gaps
🔹 Keep seals conditioned so they stay flexible
🔹 Make sure slides are adjusted properly

✅ Always use RV-safe toilet paper✅ Use plenty of water when flushing — don’t “dry flush”✅ Never flush wipes, paper towels, feminine products, or food scraps✅ Keep your black tank treatment up to date✅ Don’t leave your black tank valve open when hooked up — this can cause waste buildup and the dreaded “pyramid plug” 😳
