Your insurance company may hand you a list of “preferred,” “in-network,” or “partner” body shops after an accident.

Here’s the truth:

That list is not automatically the best choice for you, or at all.

Those shops are on that list because they have agreements with the insurance company — and those agreements are usually designed to control costs for THEM, not protect the value and safety of YOUR vehicle.
