Employee Spotlight 🌟 Meet Ronald, one of our cashiers at Competition Subaru of Smithtown!
3 years in the automotive industry, from B Technician to Advisor training to Express Advisor, Ronald's brought a well-rounded background to our team. He joined us knowing our reputation through family ties (shoutout to Sales Consultant, Cathy!), and says the people and professionalism here have made all the difference.
His goal? Working his way up to Service Manager or Director. His dream car? The WRX 👀
Outside of work, you'll find him gaming with friends, practicing karate (14 years strong!), or checking another town off his goal to visit every town on Long Island before turning 21 🏖️🙌
