This past July 11th, the Competition Auto Group was honored to sponsor the Brotherhood for the Fallen's 1/2 Mile Fun Run, 5K, and 10K, happening at the Suffolk County Police Department's 4th Precinct 🏃👟. This race helped benefit the organization's mission to support the families of fallen law enforcement officers 🤍. We enjoyed watching everyone come out for an amazing cause, while partaking in the various raffles, giveaways, vendor stands, and mascots that attended the event 🏁!

Love talking to people and want a career, not just a job? Competition Automotive Group is hiring Customer Experience Coordinators to connect with our customers and set our sales team up for success. No car-sales background required - if you're great with people and reliable, we'll train you on the rest. Come work for one of the best auto groups in the business.

What You'll Do:

- Be the first point of contact for incoming web, phone, and email inquiries
- Make outbound follow-up calls and emails to keep customers engaged, from first touch through the long term
- Answer questions in a friendly, professional way and help solve problems
- Route customer calls and concerns to the right person on our team
- Log every interaction in our CRM so nothing falls through the cracks

What We're Looking For:

- At least 1 year of customer service experience (any industry)
- Comfortable with everyday computer tools (Windows, Google, Microsoft Office)
- Strong phone and email etiquette and a genuine, can-do attitude

Schedule:
