Now take a look at this beauty! This 1970 Cadillac Eldorado steering wheel has been completely restored to a stunning, factory-new appearance. 💯

The original plastic on these classic wheels can deteriorate badly over time, so instead of simply patching it up, we removed the old material and **remolded the wheel from the metal core up**.

We then resurfaced the wheel, replaced the beautiful **wood grain and chrome inserts**, and finished everything with a gorgeous high-gloss finish.

We used durable, UV-stable, heat-tolerant materials and a protective clear coat to help this restoration stand the test of time.

This 1968 Plymouth Valiant steering wheel came to CraftCustoms in *really rough shape!* The spokes were cracked, the grip was split all the way around, and the material was so deteriorated that it was literally crumbling apart.

A simple repair just wasn’t enough — this wheel needed a complete rebuild.

We carefully repaired it enough to create a mold, then **remolded the steering wheel from the ground up** to restore its shape, strength, and appearance. 💯

We used a high-temperature resin that we’ve tested up to **300°F**, helping create a solid, durable wheel that’s ready for the road.

The result? A steering wheel that looks better than new and will be the perfect finishing touch to this classic Plymouth!

🔥 **1950 Studebaker Champion Steering Wheel — Rebuilt from Scratch!**

Now *this* is a restoration! 😲

This 1950 Studebaker Champion steering wheel arrived at CraftCustoms in extremely rough shape. It was so badly deteriorated that a simple repair wasn’t an option — we had to **rebuild it from scratch!**

Since we didn’t have an existing mold for this wheel, we first reconstructed it well enough to create a mold. From there, we made the mold and recast the wheel to bring it back to a beautiful, factory-new condition. 💯

We matched the original **gunmetal gray finish** and polished the chrome horn ring until it looked bright and beautiful again.

The result is a stunning, like-new steering wheel that will be the perfect finishing touch to this classic Studebaker’s restoration!

After 16–17 years of everyday use, the wood grain on this 2010 Lincoln Town Car was still intact, but the finish had accumulated scratches from keys, rings, clothing, and daily wear.

The good news? The original wood grain was worth preserving! We carefully prepped and refinished the pieces, restoring that beautiful finish to a factory-new look — possibly even better. 💯

The pieces also had slight color differences, so we carefully toned one to help them match more closely and create a consistent, beautiful appearance throughout the interior.
