2019 Prius had a major meeting with a deer. Even with all the smart technology built into cars with cameras, sensors, automatic braking...... nothing is fail proof. It amazes me to hear that as long as Hain & Son Auto Body has been around ( since 1950 ) there are people that still didn't know we do Collision work and Refinishing.

As time rolls on, so does the age and type of vehicle that people want to save and preserve.
This is a 1990 Toyota Celica All-Trac Turbo 5spd manual trans, 2.0L rated at 200hp which is pretty good considering it weighs around 3200 lbs.
customer bought it new and as you can see by the pictures was getting pretty rusty under all the trim.
One of the problems with limited styles and popularity is that parts to replace, repair or rebuild are not available new, NOS or aftermarket and this means either try to find used parts that are actually "usable" or fabricate to repair. This is what had to be done on this one.
It looks good and am happy to say that the auto shops can use a hoist on the car once again for service and maintenance.

55 chevy redo, 502 BB, 4spd.
At first glance car looked very nice but with old cars looks are usually deceiving and closer inspection shows tight gaps and uneven body lines, rust bubbles and cracks in the body filler from an older restoration.
New inner and outer rockers, floor braces, trunk tail pan, rear side pieces, rear quarter section, front fender headlight and brow area, misc. rusted out patch repairs were made and replaced.
