Well that escalated quickly. Compressor wouldn't build enough pressure and acted weak. Found both caps to be faulty. Pulled head on Compressor and found lots of carbon. It's always leaked and burned oil since new. Replacement ordered. Will rebuild this one later.

I got the unknown carburetor apart. It has a Qjet bolt pattern oddly. I've never seen anything like it

In this video you can see how the adjusted tab mentioned contacts the spring, moving the secondary throttle shaft to fully open position.

4300 tip. If your secondaries don't fully open, flip the secondary link, and bend this tab a little. Be careful that your adjustment doesn't cause the secondary blades to over square.
