Koontz Paint and Bodyworks is currently looking for a customer service driven person to fill our front desk position. This position is the face of our business. We are looking for highly motivated and energetic individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
• Greets, welcomes and directs customers
• Keep customers informed throughout repair process via text, telecommunications and emails
• Maintains and manages workfiles for incoming and outgoing customers
• Coordinate customer drop off and pick up scheduling
• Monitors logbook of workflow for the final steps of the repair process
• Coordinate location of vehicles for delivery
• Coordinates tow ins with customers and insurance companies
• Works with sublet vendors schedule work outside of the shop’s scope of work
Qualifications/Skills
• Strong verbal communication
• Strong telecommunication/email
• Strong customer service skills
• Professionalism
• Calm under pressure
• Highly Organized
• Punctual
• Able to work both independently and in a team environment
Education/Experience
• Capability with business phone/email systems
• Experience with Microsoft office products
• Experience with CCC estimating system preferred but not required
• Previous customer service experience
