6.0 Powerstroke called in with a crank no start. During diagnostics I found there was no cam/crank sync. This was caused by damaged wires at the Crank Position Sensor harness. After repairing the wires, it was still a no start due to the ICP being only 170-200 psi. Spec is 500 psi to start. The customer originally replaced the IPR valve thinking it was the issue, however the old IPR valve was in better working condition than the "new" valve. After the install of the old IPR valve the truck started and idled well.

No further work was performed at this time due to time constraints. However there are odds and ends to correct before it's road worthy (for example battery cable ends & harness at cowl). Anyway, Mike Atencio out ✌️✌️

I replaced a full set of injectors on this CLEAN LB7 Duramax with Bosch Remans. The truck ran great, the issue was the common, annoying white haze at idle when driving.
The customer also decided to install a PPE transmission cooler to help when towing through our mountain passes.
After all repairs were made this truck was running in tip top shape‼️

There were multiple codes thrown on this accelerator pedal position sensor/assembly on a 2015 Subaru WRX that didn't necessarily add up after testing the electrical side of things.
I dove a little deeper and found 5 of the 6 wires of the connector clean cut about 7 inches in the wire loom. The customer or myself don't know how or what happened but it was a heck of a find!

A quick THANK YOU to anyone who chooses to use my services. Patience is a virtue and it's appreciated.
As I am also accompanying a full time position of 40+ hours a week in a heavy equipment fleet department, I may not have the response time I or you desire. I have missed calls or took deferred time to respond to text/messages. I want to express I am doing my best in the evenings and Fri-Sunday to keep up and take care of you as customers & retain your business.

Again, thank you for the opportunities & patience🛠️🧑‍🔧

A loud clunk noise when turning or going over irregular road surfaces was caused by this bad joint in the center link on this 2013 Ford 6.7 Powerstroke.

Electrical diagnostics.
This faulty fuel rail pressure sensor was initiating trouble codes for the following sensors; fuel rail pressure sensor, coolant temperature sensor, accelerator pedal position sensor & the coolant bypass valve. Ultimately this shorted sensor was stealing the necessary 5 volts to operate. After the new sensor the circuits were back to normal and the truck was no longer in "limp mode".

Duramax fuel injector balance rate monitoring. GM spec is +-4. As you can see cylinder 2 is out of spec and is progressively getting worse. This was causing a fuel knock under light to moderate load.

I am awaiting customer approval for replacement of all 8 sticks and some other fuel upgrades 🛠️ 💯

Please be cautious about who you choose for repairs. As there are plenty of options out there, most people are shopping for the cheapest rates. Which typically sacrifices quality. On this unit the power wire was soldered directly to the fuel pump assembly and in order to do so the original connector was destroyed.

Be confident in who performs your repairs is licensed, insured, has lengthy professional experience and is willing to stand behind their work 100%
