My windshield failed in my 2013 Volvo; contacted five windshield specialists and several independent contractors- all the quotes were too high or incomplete. I then called Paul and his sister, Lesley at East Coast Auto Glass, in Portland CT-- an amazing experience! Salt of the Earth, kind, honest, flexible & the BEST quote around. In this world, especially as a woman, it's very refreshing to find great people who just want to help you and will go above and beyond the call of duty. My windshield is spectacular!! I'll never go anywhere else for glass-- highly recommend East Coast Auto Glass. CALL THEM-- if you want a fast, professional job, done right. I took my rescue dog with me and they let him in the office, gave him many treats & lots of lovin'
