The silent Cummins killer!! We recently had a customer bring in his 22’ Ram with just over 40K miles on it for a banks intake horn and grid heater upgrade to eliminate the chances of the grid heater bolt failing and was doing it purely for peace of mind. Upon disassembly we found the bolt had fully broken and the only reason the nut hadn’t fallen into the cylinder head was because it had welded itself to the heater. The truck had no check engine light so the customer had zero warning that his truck was in danger of a catastrophic failure. We informed him of what we found and advised him to go buy a lottery ticket because he got lucky!🍀

Recently completed 2016 6.7 powerstroke, we did a long list of repairs and upgrades to this truck. Some upgrades like the DCR conversion, stage 1 6R140 transmission, and Whistler stage 1 turbo might not be visible unless you’re looking for them but that Raw Piping Kit sure is!

Another Banks monster ram intake install out the door! This one was installed on a 2020 5500 cab and chassis to eliminate the chances of a grid heater bolt failure and increase airflow.

Santa made a stop this year to drop off some cp4 to DCR conversion pumps for a few 6.7 powerstrokes. A fantastic choice to get rid of those pesky cp4 pumps before they cause a very big and costly problem!
