New project in the shop: a 1955 Chevy. We blasted this one all the way down to bare metal and were shocked at how good the steel was. About 90% of it is original, with a few spots here and there to fix. For a '55 that's unbelievable.

The plan is an Art Morrison chassis with an 800 horsepower supercharged LS. This one's going to be fun to follow, so don't miss it. We're in Pelham, just south of Birmingham. What color would you paint it?

1972 Chevelle El Camino, our newest project at the shop in Pelham, Alabama. The entire dash is out and we're running a complete American Autowire harness from the headlights all the way to the back. We do this on most of our builds. Fifty-year-old wiring is where a lot of headaches start, and all-new wire means you're not chasing gremlins later.

The 350 is getting a Holley Sniper, and after that it's full interior, paint and body. This is where it starts: wiring first, make sure it runs and drives right, then the rest.

LS swap, 1992 Jaguar edition. If you've followed along, you saw the 1974 Jaguar we put an LS in. The owner of this car saw that post and wanted us to do the same for him. Now his '92 is sitting at our shop in Pelham, Alabama with a brand new crate LS waiting on it, full front drive and all. It's getting an automatic, and we'll share the whole build as it comes together.

Would you LS swap a Jaguar? Tell us in the comments.

LS swaps for classic cars and trucks in Pelham, Alabama, just south of Birmingham. This 1972 Corvette is still with its original owner, and he wanted a car he could drive anywhere. The beach, California, Tennessee. So we put an LS in it. The '72 K5 Blazer went all out, full restoration and an LS swap.

Thinking about an LS for your classic, or a newer build? Comment LS below!

What is the best year for the Ford F-150?

Edgar's pick is the bullnose, 1981 to 1986, and the reason is simple. Everybody's favorite truck is the one they had or wanted in high school. For him that was an '86 F-150. Never got one back then, got one now, and it isn't going anywhere.

Tell us your best F-150 year in the comments.

1957 Ford Thunderbird in a beautiful Dusk Rose. Everybody calls it pink, but Dusk Rose was a rare factory color in '57, and the data plate on the firewall proves this one is original, white interior and all. Wide whitewalls, the right hubcaps, and it comes with both the hardtop and the convertible top. Let us know what you think about this color for the Thunderbird.

1957 Cadillac convertible spotted . Maroon paint, heavy chrome bumpers, whitewalls and the original-style wheels, with the long lines that made these the car to be seen in. The '57 is one of the best-looking years Cadillac ever built, and this one was done right.

Which year of Cadillac would you take home?

1970 Chevy K5 Blazer restoration. Custom tan interior with new carpet, a padded roll bar wrapped to match, CST trim with the chrome rim, and pull-out side steps that tuck away. The K5 emblem came off the owner's original truck. He's finishing the radio and door handles himself.

Two of our favorite years of Corvette happen to be sitting next to each other in the shop right now. The 1967 is a 427, red over black, convertible, four-speed. The other one wears the body Chevrolet brought out in 1968 and ran through 1972.

Going from one to the other in a single model year was a big swing. The nose got pointed, the fenders got those big swooping curves, and people started calling it the maco shark look. Both have their fans, which one do you prefer?

Brittany Blue 1970 Bronco on a Dennis Carpenter body, brand new top to bottom. The interior is going in marine weave with padding underneath, so it's soft and comfortable, and it's waterproof and mildew proof too. We can't wait to show you the finished product!
