Hey ya'll just dropping a PSA:
1. We are a 2-person operation
2. When someone calls and needs to get in for a check/diag, I can usually get that fairly quickly. I also add that depending on the repairs and what the schedule looks like, it could be a week possibly 2. If I have multiple vehicles that need major repairs and they are left here for safety reason, I do them in the order they came in, PLUS there are already existing appointments.
3. IF one job doesn't go as planned, more parts, something is discovered while in repair, that will in fact affect the whole schedule. I do the best I can with the phone ringing all day, sitting on hold, walk ins, to update the best I can.
4. WE do not BS's anyone or lie about the repairs and when I can get it.
5. WE do have a life outside of this business. We use to be here 16 hours a day and missed holiday trips with family for customers. We have kids, grandkids and family commitments. We will take care of our family first.
