Hello everyone, Mike Gagnon here.I want to thank each and everyone for all the years of support and kindness you have shown me and my staff. Thanks to you spreading the word our customer base is growing rapidly!
In an effort to handle the influx of phone calls we are trying a new method that will help make sure customers get the uninterrupted attention they deserve. When you call us at 850-747-0096 you may be prompted to text us at 850-752-5501. This text will go out to as many as four of us at the same time and allow us to respond quickly without having to interrupt the service we are providing to other customers at that time.You can also leave a voicemail but the text method will result in a much quicker response time.
You can text us at this number 24/7. ( we can only monitor texts during business hours, but will respond as soon as we get in)This is great for setting up appointments for routine services like oil changes and other services we offer.
You can text a detailed description of what you need done or simply ask us to call you if the problems need to be talked about in detail. Please include your first and last name and your VIN ( unless you have had that vehicle in before)
Please know that like many of you I hate to deal with automated phone systems and we will only do this when we have to.
