Just when you think your all done something else pops up . Now it a leaky vacume pump when i took it off to rebuild broke a line to heater. Hoping to be done later today so diann can start driving it Friday. Should be ready to sell by end of month. Still needs a four wheel alignment then i will be able to say its been completely threw yhis is going to be one of my last cars available for sale no more auction cars

Some mechanics should not be allowed to touch a wrench . Not knowing what they were doing cost the customer probably over 4,000 dollars then when they couldn’t fix it properly was traded off to dealer then auctioned it off. This is why i dont trust auction cars have to buy them cheap enough to go threw everything. This is why i only specialize in volvos . This was a hard one to diagnose but after 1,000 in parts that the previous mechanic messed up and removing the super charger 3 times . I found that he had broken the mounting bracket for the super charger. You cant see the crack until you mount it the way its set up. I do believe that all cars all makes should only be worked on by someone who has experience with there makes and models . Even though im a small independent dealership that only specializes in volvos I have a network of other volvo service centers and we all work together sharing information. All our combined talent is over 100 years of knowledge.

Anybody that thinks selling cars you make alot of money guess again . Thought this car only needed a new exhast flex pipe . Now i find out broken exhaust studs . Will have 10 more hrs labor and another 700 in parts only to sell a car for 3000 and i allowed 2000 on trade making it very hard to make money. Whats even more flustering is some body for sure is going to offer me 1500 and i will totally probably go off on them. Then you wonder why there is no more cheap cars i should have scrapped it. At this point if i dont get 3,000 for it ill just keep it its a nice car and should last alot longer

So got the motor in only to find out the cause of motor going bad was a hole in the radiator. More work but it sure runs...

So got the motor in only to find out the cause of motor going bad was a hole in the radiator. More work but it sure runs great all buttened up . Ready to start on the other projects needs windsheild,headliner and roof to function properly. Another 2,000 more should be ready to sell got to love working for free.
