What an incredible evening at the Grand Opening and Ribbon Cutting for Sanabria Neighborhood, P.B. Odom III Construction Company’s beautiful new community here in South OKC!

We were honored to be part of this exciting celebration along with REMAX Lifestyle OKC and to help welcome one of South OKC’s newest neighborhoods. With an estimated 300 to 400 attendees throughout the evening, the energy was amazing as families and community members came together to experience everything Sanabria has to offer.

Guests enjoyed beautiful model homes, delicious food trucks, bounce houses, face painting, flowers, and of course, the crowd favorite, the RE/MAX Hot Air Balloon! This event was a wonderful reflection of the growth and momentum happening in South Oklahoma City, and we are excited to see this community continue to thrive with 700 lots planned at full completion.
